Pearific warranty policy

Effective date: Purchase date

1. Warranty duration

Pearific lamps designed and made by Farshid Sarmast Design Studio (FSDS) come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and issues with electrical components under normal use.

2. Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials: Any issues arising from the materials used in the lamp.
  • Defects in workmanship: Problems resulting from errors or imperfections in the manufacturing process.
  • Electrical components: Issues related to the wiring and electrical components.

3. Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse: Any damage resulting from improper use or handling of the lamp.
  • Unauthorised repairs: Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than Pearific.
  • LED bulbs: The warranty does not cover the LED bulbs themselves, which may need to be replaced periodically due to normal use.
  • Normal wear and tear: Gradual deterioration or damage that naturally occurs over time with regular use.

4. Claim process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to support@pearific.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim.”
  2. Provide details: Include your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect.
  3. Follow instructions: Our support team will provide further instructions on how to proceed based on your purchase method (in-store or online).

5. Repair/replacement process

  • Purchases from stores: If you bought the lamp from a physical store, you need to return the product to the store where it was purchased. The store will handle the warranty claim on your behalf.
  • Online or direct purchases: For lamps purchased directly from Pearific or through our online store, you will need to send the product back to us. We will replace the defective lamp at no charge. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning the product.

6. Customer responsibilities

To ensure the warranty remains valid, customers must:

  • Proper use: Use the lamp according to the provided instructions and guidelines.
  • Cleaning: Clean and maintain the lamp as described in the separate cleaning instructions provided with the product.
