All Pearific products are designed and developed by Farshid Sarmast Design Studio Limited, the industrial design company owned and operated by Farshid Sarmast.

Pearific products are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, using only the finest materials. Each piece is a unique work of art, created by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. The company's design principles focus on luxury, unique design, and high quality.

Our 3D printed lights are made from PLA, which is a relatively brittle material. While they are breakable, if they do break, they shatter into safe pieces that won't hurt or scratch your hands, unlike glass. They are durable enough for everyday use and normal handling. However, they may break if dropped on a hard surface like stone. Dropping them on a soft surface, like carpet, is unlikely to cause damage. We recommend handling them with care to ensure their longevity.

Yes, Pearific offers a 10% discount on your first purchase. We also have seasonal or occasional discounts, so customers are encouraged to subscribe, to stay informed about any special offers. 

Uniqueness in design is a core value for Pearific. We continuously strive to offer one-of-a-kind designs that inspire and delight their customers. They welcome feedback from customers on how they can further expand their range of distinctive products.

Pearific is based in Hamilton, New Zealand and sells their products online only. We do not have a physical showroom or offer in-person sales at this time.

Pearific lamps are designed to be used with E27 or E14 LED light bulbs. We do not recommend using incandescent bulbs or any other type of bulb that generates heat, as this could damage the lamp. We cannot take responsibility for any issues that arise from using the wrong type of bulb.

To clean 3D printed Pearific products, wipe them down with a lightly damp cloth. You can use a small amount of soap for tougher marks. Ensure the lamp is unplugged before cleaning.

Yes, Pearific is happy to help with custom design and 3D printing projects. Customers can email us at support@new.pearific.com to discuss their requirements.

Pearific's standard lead time for each order is 1-3 weeks, as each lamp is made-to-order in our studio. If an order takes longer than 3 weeks, customers are encouraged to reach out to us.

Currently, Pearific only ships to New Zealand and Australia, but we hope to expand to other countries in the future.

Pearific has a 7-day return policy for any issues with the received item. Customers should contact support@new.pearific.com with their order number, photos, and a description of the problem. We will examine the item and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate. We charge a $10 restocking fee for returns. At this time, we do not offer exchanges, only replacements for defective items.
